You have decided to affiliate your company with Profond for occupational retirement benefits. We are very pleased about that.
You will be provided with access to our online portal ProfondConnect for an easy, fast and secure collaboration. This allows you to have an overview of your employees' insurance data and to view your invoices, bookings or credits at any time and to make changes and notifications directly in the portal.
ProfondConnect: How to register
You will receive the activation code for the company portal by post. Please log in as soon as possible, because the activation code is only valid for a limited period. You can see how to register in the video below. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you by phone – your contact person is listed in the letterhead.
Where to find everything in ProfondConnect
ProfondConnect is the online portal for the management of occupational retirement benefits at Profond. Simply enter your notifications directly and keep track of them at all times.
In the picture below, click on the blue dots to find out where to find the most important elements in ProfondConnect.
Here you can see the contact details of the person responsible for you.
In the messages you will find all of the documents, information and invoices intended for you. If a new document arrives, you and any other users you have entered will receive an automatically generated notification via e-mail with the subject line "New information in your ProfondConnect".
Here you will find a list of your employees with the information relevant to their occupational retirement benefits. You can sort the list by clicking on the column titles. You can also adjust the column width individually by moving between the corresponding column titles and adjusting the column accordingly.
If you want to notify a change or make a report, go to the menu item "Management of insured persons".
Enter your changes and notifications here. To do so, go to "Insured" in the menu and click on "Insured person". Select the person from the list. Use the 3-dot menu at the right-hand end of the line or right-click on the line to access the selection for the change or notification. For more information, see our Guide.
Please upload the completed registration list (in accordance with the “Registration for new connection” information sheet) via “Contact form” / “Message/Request” / “Add file” (subject “Registration list”).
You will find the detailed instructions for ProfondConnect directly linked to the portal.
This allows you to enter additional users. To do so, click on the 3-dot menu next to your profile name and select “Delete/Enter User” and follow the information in the instructions.

Planning occupational benefits is of great importance for the future of your employees. Help them prepare financially for the third stage of their life.
ProfondConnect insured portal
Your employees will also receive a login for ProfondConnect. This will be sent to them by post after their vested benefits are received. If the activation letter is no longer available, your employees can reorder it here.
Our insured person portal offers a range of functions, such as:
- downloading a pension certificate,
- requesting purchases and withdrawals for home ownership promotion; or
- performing simulations.
