How to register for ProfondConnect

Use ProfondConnect to simulate and request purchases and withdrawals. You’ll also find your insurance certificate directly in the portal and you can request your current certificate at any time. 

With ProfondConnect, you’ll have a handle on your pension at all times thanks to:

What does the new ProfondConnect portal mean for me as an insured person?

The ProfondConnect insured person portal makes your occupational pension provision clearer. In addition to the current pension certificate, you will find further information about your pension fund and can simulate a series of questions. For example, they directly see the effect that a change in wages, a purchase, retirement or early withdrawal for home ownership promotion brings about. The application to carry out these actions can also be submitted directly via the portal.

When will I receive my login for ProfondConnect?

The access data for the portal will be available at the end of February 2021, together with your insurance certificate. Please note that your personal code is only valid for 180 days, after which a new code must be requested. Request your free login for the insurance portal here.

How will I receive my insurance certificate?

The insurance certificate will be provided electronically in the portal.

I do not have an e-mail address and/or mobile number and cannot log in to the portal myself. How will I receive my insurance certificate in the future?

With digitisation, insurance certificates will only be made available in the portal. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to print and send individual certificates or documents.

In order to receive your insurance certificate and other documents, you need access to ProfondConnect. You are free to choose the e-mail address you use to access your account. If you do not have a mobile phone, it is also possible to send the activation code to your Swiss land line. The code will then be read to you on the phone.

How do I ensure that no unauthorised persons are accessing my data?

For privacy reasons, it is your responsibility to manage your account. You can control access to your data via your login data. You can change your password and e-mail address in the user management area.

ProfondConnect doesn’t work properly in my browser. What can I do?

To be able to use ProfondConnect in the best possible way, we recommend using the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Chromium browser. Microsoft has discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11. This can increasingly lead to problems, meaning for example that certain ProfondConnect functions cannot be accessed. Various browsers can be downloaded directly from the web and installed.
