Please report any deaths to us immediately, so that we can contact the bereaved.

We ask you to report the death of an employee to us immediately via ProfondConnect and also to fill out the “Notification of death” form. Send it to us together with the following documents, if any, so that we can contact any survivors directly:

• A copy of the official death certificate
• A copy of the family booklet (incl. details of any children)
• The addresses of the survivors (or their representatives)
• Supplementary wage in accordance with Art. 338 para. 2 CO (Swiss Code of Obligations) (for a temporary, further continued payment of wages to survivors)
