You can report changes to us directly in the online portal ProfondConnect.

Please report all the following changes to us as soon as possible:

• Name, marital status and address changes
• Wage and employment level changes
• A change of plan
• Wage interruptions (e.g. unpaid leave or a seasonal break)
• Incapacity to work
• Early retirements
• Postponement of retirements
• Terminations
• Deaths

Please notify us of the changes directly in the ProfondConnect online portal. You will receive confirmation of the change immediately after the change has been made.
