As a pension fund, we bear responsibility across generations. For this reason, we take into consideration not only financial aspects but also environmental, social and governance criteria in the investment of client funds. Our new publication "Responsible Investment 2022" summarises our endeavours in the area of investment and shows the fields in which we have developed and to which we are committed.

In 2022, we intensified our commitment to climate issues and focused in particular on the asset classes which we can influence directly.

• In the case of direct real estate, we intend to become CO2 neutral by 2050.
• In the asset classes in which we invest indirectly, we encourage the companies concerned to meet high ESG criteria.
• We support the ecological transition of companies with high CO2 emissions that have a clear reduction plan.
