Yesterday evening, Profond received an award at the Swiss Employer Awards 2024 at Lakeside Zurich. We are proud to have achieved 5th place in the “Small Companies” category with 50 to 99 employees – especially as the prize is awarded on the basis of our latest employee survey. We would like to thank all our employees for their positive assessment. Satisfied and committed employees are very important to us, as they form the basis for first-class services and satisfied customers.

The Swiss Employer Award has been presented since 2000 and is based on an employee survey. With around 42 000 participants from 150 companies in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, it is the largest employee survey in Switzerland. The detailed assessments of a company’s employees are decisive for the award. A scientifically based questionnaire that has proven itself in practice ensures comparability between companies.

Next, we at Profond will analyse our employees’ responses in detail and derive measures from them. In doing so, it is important for us to maintain the strengths that we have developed and built up together over the past few years and to carry them forward together into the future.
