Important information about the registration process

In order to be able to use ProfondConnect, you need to register first. You have received an activation letter with your personal code for this purpose.

In order to offer the greatest possible security, ProfondConnect works with 2-factor authentication, as is used for on-line banking. You must, therefore, also provide a mobile phone number in the registration process.

Step-by-step guide

  • Open https://pc.profond.ch/register.

  • Select the language at the top right (at the moment ProfondConnect is not available in English).

  • Click on “Registrieren”.

  • Enter the activation code from your letter.

  • Check your details (last name and first name) and add your e-mail address.

  • You will receive an e-mail with the subject “Aktivierungscode / Code d’activation / Codice d’attivazione”. Please complete the activation code in the input window below and choose your password.

  • If you do not receive the e-mail within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. Call us if you do not receive an e-mail there. We will give you your activation code by phone.

  • Click on “SMS-Login einrichten”.

  • Please enter your mobile phone number in the format +41 (79) 000 00 00 (from Switzerland), +49 (174) 1234567 (from Germany), +33 (6) 12345678 (from France), +39 (329) 1234567 (from Italy), +44 (7447) 040461 (from the UK), +43 (000) 1234567 (Austria).

  • You will receive a six-digit SMS code.

  • Please enter this at “SMS-Code”. If you have not received a code, you can have it sent to you again via “SMS erneut senden”. If you do not receive the code within 10 minutes, please call us.

  • Click on “Abschliessen”
