Digitalisation simplifies occupational pensions for you and your clients. The ProfondConnect portal provides you with an overview and a number of self-service options.

Insured persons receive their own login for the ProfondConnect. The pension certificate will be provided electronically. Insured persons also have access to details about their pension fund and various simulation options. This enables them to simulate a change in salary, a purchase or an early withdrawal for home ownership promotion, review the impact on benefits and submit an application directly.

ProfondConnect provides employers with an overview of all relevant data and information related to occupational pensions at all times. They can also make changes directly in the portal and receive confirmation in an electronic mailbox. These features as well as automated system connections increase data reliability and speed and reduce costs. As a result, our affiliates benefit from attractive administration cost premiums.
As a distribution partner, you receive access to the ProfondConnect partner portal. When your clients provide you with access to their accounts, you will have the same change and calculation options as your clients.
In ProfondConnect, you will have an overview and the right to make changes for all of your clients as soon as they give you authorisation. In addition, you can draw up staff lists for calls for applications and access your brokerage fee statements.
After a first client grants you access to his/her data in ProfondConnect, we will send you an activation email. Please contact your Key Account Manager directly or send an email to @email.
For data protection reasons, the employer is responsible for user administration. The employer decides whether it would like to grant you access. When authorisation is granted, you as the broker will automatically receive access to all relevant employee data and information and you will be able to make changes.
For data protection reasons, with ProfondConnect access to managed employer accounts must be granted by the employer itself. The employer only needs your first name and surname and e-mail address to do this. The employer can add your login details in ProfondConnect in the “User administration” menu.
The employer can also complete the login for you if you are not yet registered with ProfondConnect. After the employer has completed your login, you will receive your activation code by post. When registering, you now indicate that the email address is already in use and benefit from a shortened registration process.
If you already have access to ProfondConnect, you will be recognised by the system based on your e-mail address and you will be able to log in with your current login details. After the relevant employer has granted you authorisation, you will automatically receive access to their data.
If you still cannot access ProfondConnect, you will receive access after the first client has added your login.
The new administration system does not have a monthly payment option. Invoicing for all affiliations will be quarterly and in arrears. Companies that wish to continue making monthly payments can make advance payments. The advance payments will be deducted from the amount due on the quarterly invoice. If there is a net amount due, this amount must be paid using the enclosed payment slip. If the advance payments are greater than the invoice amount, the balance will be carried over the next period. Reimbursements for excess payments are not possible and any credit amounts will not accrue interest. The current account balance can be seen in the account statement in the portal.
The introduction of the new system will bring about digitisation and associated reductions in administration costs. Unfortunately, we do not have the option of excluding individual insured persons from this digitisation.
In order for insured persons to receive their insurance certificates and other documents, they need access to ProfondConnect. The e-mail address through which the account is accessed can be chosen freely. If insured persons do not own a mobile phone, it is also possible to send the activation code to a Swiss land line. In this case, the code is read aloud on the phone.
To be able to use ProfondConnect in the best possible way, we recommend using the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Chromium browser. Microsoft has discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11. This can increasingly lead to problems, meaning for example that certain ProfondConnect functions cannot be accessed. Various browsers can be downloaded directly from the web and installed.
If you manage several connections via ProfondConnect, you only need one login and can switch between the different connections in ProfondConnect.
New affiliations will receive the registration code for ProfondConnect as soon as we have received the registration lists of the insured and included them in the fund. At the same time, we will check whether you are already registered with ProfondConnect as a sales partner. If not, you will also be sent your activation code.
