This is how you report a new entry
Employers must report new arrivals within 30 days of the start of their contract to the occupational retirement benefits fund via our online portal ProfondConnect.
Persons who join your company up to and including the 15th of a month are included in the staff pension scheme from the beginning of the same month. In the case of entries from the 16th of a month onwards, the person to be insured is included in the staff pension scheme from the first day of the following month.
Upon receipt of the registration, we will confirm the new contributions in writing.

So melden Sie einen Neueintritt
Arbeitgeber sind dazu verpflichtet, Neueintritte innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Vertragsbeginn der beruflichen Vorsorge über unser Online-Portal ProfondConnect zu melden.
Personen, die bis und mit dem 15. eines Monats in Ihre Firma eintreten, werden zu Monatsbeginn desselben Monats in die Personalvorsorge aufgenommen. Bei Eintritten ab dem 16. eines Monats wird die zu versichernde Person auf den ersten Tag des darauf folgenden Monats in die Personalvorsorge aufgenommen.
Nach Erhalt der Anmeldung werden wir Ihnen die neuen Beiträge schriftlich bestätigen.
